I didnt read bulletins all weekend, so when I got to work this morning, I decided to go through the backlog.
A miracle will not happen because you post a bulletin. You know how silly it is to think that. True love will not find you because you posted a bulletin, and someone isnt going to come kill you because you didnt.
I have chosen my religion, and I am neither proud of it, nor ashamed of it. It is what it is, and its mine. Your posts about your religion wont change my mind. To use the same medium to spread religious nonsense 'Repost this or you wont get into heaven', as you used to instruct me to post whether I was single or not with the threat of being murdered by a kid with no eyes while I slept is shameful. What a disgrace.
Surveys are cool. It lets me get a little glimpse into who you are or how youre feeling at the moment. Its about you, and youre on my friends list, I want to read it because I care.
The jokes are fun (repost with your porn star name, and the like). Those make for a nice break in the day.
News!!! Either whats happening in your life, or a news story you found of interest. Well hey; I might be interested too, thanks for sharing.
Other than that, bulletins suck. If your bulletin contains a promise of future events based on my re-posting, Im annoyed by it. I wish there were some sort of flag before I open them: WARNING: This bulletin contains prophetic material which may be harmful to your opinion of the poster. Do you want to continue?... Are you sure? ... Are you REALLY sure?
Feel free to repost THIS in a bulletin if you share my opinion. But Im pretty darn sure that the action of you posting this will not set off a chain reaction of events in your life that would be of any significance had you decided not to repost it.
